Specialized spaces enable studio practice, exhibitions, collaborations, and learning while embodying the College’s vision through design and access. Our Main Campus has grown to an ever-expanding 60+ acres, as well as opening the Museum Campus in the historic Sarasota High School in 2019. ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ College is dedicated to both sustainability and design, and our buildings reflect that through LEED certifications and architectural awards.

Main Campus Facilities
The Alfred R. Goldstein Library is a 46,000-square-foot building located on the corner of Old Bradenton Road and integrates state-of-the-art collections, services, technologies, and facilities into the life and work of our creative community.
Goldstein Hall is a state-of-the-art facility built for collaboration with a student lounge, a large multipurpose space for student events, and project rooms on each floor.
Recently renovated, each apartment within the Bayou Village Complex consists of four singles, two bathrooms, a living room, full kitchen, and a patio/balcony.
Our newest apartment-style residence, most Bridge Hall apartments consist of four single bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and full kitchen.
Cunniffe Commons is ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ College’s 28,000-square-foot state-of-the-art dining facility where students meet up with friends and sit down together for a meal.
Greensboro Hall is the newest residence hall on campus, and offers suites with two double rooms, plus a four-person suite with project room, community kitchen, and lounges on each wing.
The Larry R. Thompson Academic Center houses the Business of Art and Design, Graphic Design, and Motion Design majors, in addition to Brickman Café, the Design Center, Morganroth Auditorium, Richard and Barbara Basch Gallery, and Willis A. Smith Construction, Inc. Galleries.
The Basch Visual Arts Center is a 38,660-square-foot building that opened in 2018. The building houses multiple makerspaces and the Stulberg Gallery.
is the first commercial and academic film and post-production facility of its kind in the state of Florida.
The Ulla Searing Student Center is a five-story, 80,000-square-foot mixed-use building that houses the Computer Animation department, an exhibition hall, the Fitness Center, student residences, and administrative offices.
Sarasota Art Museum is ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ College’s dynamic laboratory for the exploration and advancement of contemporary art. The Museum Campus also houses the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI), Studio Classes, and more.
